Bayer Multistix 10 SG strips for urinalysis provide a fast, convenient way of testing 10 separate reagents in urine. These include testing for: Bilirubin Blood Glucose Ketones Leukocytes Nitrite PH levels Protein Specific gravity Urobilinogen Test results may be used to screen or provide information about: diabetes, kidney function, liver funtion, infections and carbohydrate metabolism. Because the strips can test for so many reagents they are very handy thing to keep around especially for those with diabetes, kidney and liver problems and those with recurrent urine infections (UTI). The reagent test area on Multistix is ready to use upon removal from the bottle and the entire reagent strip is disposable. No additional laboratory equipment is necessary for testing. The directions must be followed exactly. The reagent strips must be kept in the bottle with the cap tightly closed to maintain reagent reactivity. Each pack contains 100 Multistix 10 SG strips
