Weleda Calcium Comp. 1&2, Tablets, Set of 2 Healthy bone/teeth formation. The developing child requires a large amount of calcium, which it draws from the mother. Unless she has sufficient intake of this mineral there will be a loss of calcium from her bones and her teeth. Calcium is not easily absorbed by the body and WELEDA have developed two products, Calcium Comp. I & Calcium Comp. II, which stimulate the calcium metabolism of the body and promote calcium absorption, but they are not a calcium supplement. This remedy promotes healthy bone and tooth formation in the growing baby and young children. The mother takes this remedy while pregnant, and it is given to children during the first few years of life. The ingredients in the internal Calcium Comp. tablets include pumpkin flowers (Cucurbita), Oak bark (Quercus), Conchae (natural Calcium carbonate from the oyster shell) and Apatit (natural Calcium phosphate). No.1 is taken in the morning, No.2 in the evening. Calcium Compound. I Contains: Apatit 6x; Cucurbita, flower 3x. TAKE 1 TABLET (CHILD UP TO 12 YEARS) OR 2 TABLETS (12 YEARS TO ADULT) WITH BREAKFAST. Calcium Compound. II 1g contains: Conchae 5%; Quercus, decoct. 4x. TAKE 1 TABLET (CHILD UP TO 12 YEARS) OR 2 TABLETS (12 YEARS TO ADULT) WITH EVENING MEAL.
